Phone and web based support/tuning

Phone and web based support is charged by the hour in 15 minute increments.  Initial consultations are free of charge, and we can generally give you a ballpark estimate of how much time should be expected for the task.  We have a minimum charge of $50 for the first half hour, with additional time available at $20 per 15 minutes.  For web based support and tuning you will need the following:

• Stable internet connection
• PC with appropriate tuning software
• TeamViewer software installed and up to date

On-site service

We offer on-site assistance in diagnostic, repair, installation and tuning by appointment. Rates are $750 per day (up to 8 hours) plus expenses.  Expenses include travel/mileage, lodging and incidentals.  We will supply tools and tuning equipment whenever possible.  Copy of calibration files will be included when applicable.

In-house service

In-house projects will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.  Initial consultation and estimates are free of charge.
